Not So Scary Halloween with PJ Masks
Not So Scary Halloween with PJ Masks :
October brings our favorite part of the year and that’s the beginning of the holiday season, which of course starts with Halloween. But it’s 2020, which means it’s gonna be a different one as we are trying to get used to the new norm. No matter what trick-or-treating looks like this year, you and your family can still celebrate a not-so-scary Halloween – superhero style. In this post, I will be sharing on how you can enjoy your kiddo’s favorite Halloween traditions with the help of PJ Masks.
This blog is sponsored by PJ Masks. Opinions expressed are that of my own.
Costumes:
Superheroes are always fun and when it comes to hero Halloween costumes, what’s better than the PJ Masks?! There are three main heroes in the PJ Masks, and this year your kids can transform into their favorite characters like Catboy, Gekko or Owlette. Aareeb loves Gekko because it allows him to camouflage himself to catch the villain. There are dress-up sets for all the characters and they are available now at Walmart!
Carve a PJ Masks character on your pumpkin:
Halloween is incomplete without carving pumpkins. This year, you can carve your Halloween pumpkins inspired by your kiddo’s favorite PJ Masks hero thanks to these fun stencils. Because Aareeb was wearing a Gekko costume, we carved Gekko on his pumpkin and it was so easy to do with the help of stencils. You can download FREE PJ Masks Pumpkin Carving Stencils here.
Share your PJ Masks stories on Instagram:
Did you know that PJ Masks has its own filter on Instagram stories?! Will you get a trick or treat?! If you haven’t checked it out yet, please click on the link here on your mobile device. Once you are done recording the video, save it to your camera roll and share it with family and friends. Don’t forget to tag @pjmasks or use the hashtag #PJMasksHalloween when you share!
Coloring:
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I have shared the benefits of coloring and how important it is for kids to practice coloring everyday as it improves their focus, creativity and most important, it develops their hand-strength and pencil grip, which leads to a good handwriting.
So, to round out your not-so-scary Halloween celebration, check out these hero-themed coloring pages. Aareeb loves coloring and drawing and while he’s just 4 years old, he always amazes us with his skills. You can download some FREE PJ Masks coloring sheets here.
Indulge in some activities:
Apart from all the above, there’s so much more you can do in PJ Masks style – check out all PJ Masks activities here. Trust me, this will be lot of fun and can keep your kids entertained for a couple hours.
Watch PJ Masks:
Last but not least, be sure to catch all new PJ Masks episodes on Disney Junior and experience Halloween the PJ Masks way!
